The battle between direct and alternating current

In the previous episode of this series, I mentioned how Nikola Tesla in 1887. found a way to transmit electricity over long distances through the use of alternating current, and I hinted that the creator of the first power plants generating electricity for sale – Thomas Alva Edison – did not want to agree with this concept in any way.
